A non refundable deposit of one night’s accommodation per 3 nights booked is required at the time of booking, with the balance due upon departure.

A charge in full for any nights not re-let will be made in the event of non-arrival or cancellation or shortening of stay with less than 7 days notice.

If for any unforeseen reason we have to cancel a reservation any payments already received will be refunded in full. We do not accept any liability beyond this.

We are unable to guarantee the allocation of a specific room at the time of booking since we reserve the right to alter room arrangements as may become necessary.

Our car park is just across the road within the Belsfield Hotel car park. It is reached through the first entrance on the right after passing Virginia Cottage from the village. Car parking requires a display card available at reception and is entirely at the owner’s risk. We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage.
