A charge in full for any nights not re let will be made in the event of a non arrival or cancellation/shortening of stay with less than 7 days notice.

If for any unforeseen reason we have to cancel a reservation any payments already received will be refunded in full. We do not accept any liability beyond this.

We are unable to guarantee to allocate a specific room number at the time of booking as we reserve the right to alter reservations as we feel necessary.

Our car park is just across the road within the Belsfield Hotel car park. It is the first entrance on the right after passing Virginia Cottage from the village.

Car parking is entirely at the car owner’s risk we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage.
